Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)
We believe that older workers provide a valuable resource to the needs of a 21st century workforce.
The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), also called the Title V Program, provides high quality job training and employment assistance for job seekers aged 55 and older who are income eligible.
Region IV Area Agency on Aging sponsors SCSEP in Berrien, Cass and Van Buren counties, providing for the support and on-the-job training placement of individuals 55 years of age and older. Participants receive on the job training skills while working, allowing them to be more competitive in their search for un-subsidized employment. For more information on the employment program, or to apply for participation, call (269) 983-7058 or complete the contact form below.
