We’re inviting an experienced and mission-driven Volunteer & Senior Engagement Coordinator to join our Volunteer Services Team. This is an opportunity for you to coordinate and oversee the delivery of the MI Options Senior Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).

What You’ll Do
- Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, support, and retain volunteers across SHIP and other senior engagement programs.
- In-Service Training: Coordinate, organize, facilitate in-service training with Volunteer & Senior Engagement Team
- Medicare Coordination: Lead and deliver MI Options (SHIP) service, including maintaining SHIP certification and providing direct, unbiased Medicare counseling.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensures accurate data collection, documentation, and compliance with federal and state program requirements.
- Community Impact: Builds partnerships and support programs that promote engagement, independence, and well-being for older adults, caregivers, and volunteers.

Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in human services, health care or related field or experience.
- SHIP Certification – to be completed within 3-6 months.
- Organized, detailed, strong communication skills
