When you call the Info-Line for Aging and Disability you’re well on your way to accessing resources, services, and programs available to older adults and adults with disabilities in Southwest Michigan.

Our professional, highly trained Information & Access Specialists can help you determine what services are available to obtain the support you need to continue to live safely in your own home; we serve Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties. A call to the Info-Line is always free.


You can obtain free, and confidential information on:

  • In-Home Care
  • Medicare/Medicaid
  • Housing
  • Meals
  • Transportation
  • Caregiver relief
  • Dementia support
  • Financial assistance
  • Home-delivered meals
  • Senior employment
  • Volunteer opportunities, and
  • Nearly everything of importance to older adults and their families
  • Information & Access Specialists also answer questions about eligibility requirements for a number of Medicaid programs, including the MI Choice Waiver program and more.

Resource Hub

Area Agency on Aging’s Resource Hub is a place to go to get accurate, unbiased information on all aspects of life related to aging or living with a disability. This friendly, welcoming place is where anyone – individuals, concerned families or friends, or professionals – can go for information tailored to their situation.

The Resource Hub has a comprehensive collection of aging, disability, and caregiver resources. Stop by the Hub at 2900 Lakeview Avenue in St. Joseph, or call the Info-Line at (800) 654-2810 to make an appointment.

Information and Access Specialists are available to meet you out in the community at a variety of different community-based sites, including at United Christian Services in Paw Paw and Neighbor by Nieghbor in Union Pier.
