Request for Proposals

See current/open RFPs at bottom of the page.

Region IV AAA provides state and federal funding for Community-based services through an open and competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) process every three years.  All potential contractors are given the opportunity to submit a proposal to provide one or more defined fundable services and must be able to comply with the Bureau of Aging, Community Living, & Supports (ACLS Bureau) Operating Standards for Service Programs. Learn more about our Provider Network here.

Request for proposals are issued every three years based on an approved Multi-Year Plan; funding can vary from year to year depending on availability of state and federal dollars.

Region IV AAA looks for innovative proposals to provide Older Americans Act services to older adults within Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties.  The proposals must be specific, measurable, and community based.

Contract award recommendations are reviewed by the Advisory Council and approved by the Board of Directors.
