Area Agency on Aging provides a variety of benefits to its staff, including:

  • 37.5 Hours/ week is full-time (75 hours per pay period)
  • Flexible hybrid schedule

  • 13.5 Paid Holidays off include: New Years Eve and New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, 1/2 day Spring Holiday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (Holidays falling on the weekends will be observed the day before or after)
