Direct Care Worker Award Nominations

Please fill out the form below to nominate someone for our 2026 Direct Care Worker of the Year Award. This award recognizes someone in Berrien, Cass or Van Buren counties who has found their passion and calling as a direct care worker. The winner will be recognized at Area Agency on Aging’s Annual Celebration on Monday, Oct. 5, 2026, at the Mendel Center at Lake Michigan College.

Nominations are accepted through Friday, Sept. 18. Please include as much detail as possible to aid the selection committee.
