Dementia Friendly Movies are a time to experience a nostalgic movie in a friendly, welcoming theater with the lights up, sound down, and the space to sing, dance, and clap along! The movie is for people living with cognitive changes, such as dementia, alongside their caregivers, friends, and family AND anyone else who wants to join in the fun!
Movies are at 11:30 a.m. the 2nd Wednesday of every month at the Michigan Theatre, 210 Center St., South Haven.
Tickets are free and are given as a nostalgic way to enjoy the movie and for any door prize entries, although donations are accepted. Concessions are $4 for a small drink and small popcorn.
While registration is not mandatory, it will help us notify attendees if there is a change or cancellation due to weather or illness. Questions? Call Jess at 269-932-7865.
